Easy Kit Configurator Terms & Conditions
By using the Easy Kit shed configurator, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Price is an estimate only
The price generated by the configurator is an indicative estimate only. It is not a formal quotation, contract, or offer to supply.
2. Price validity
Any price generated by the configurator is valid for 7 days from the date of form submission. After this time, pricing may change without notice.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
3. Standard design assumptions
Unless otherwise stated, the configurator pricing is based on a standard shed design engineered for:
• 1.0 kPa snow loading
• Very High Wind Zone
• A site that is not located in a corrosion or exposure zone close to the sea
• Standard galvanised fixingsIf the project site is in a coastal or high-exposure environment where stainless steel fixings or other upgraded materials are required, additional costs will apply.
4. Ground conditions and footing assumptions
Configurator pricing assumes the building site has a minimum ground bearing capacity of 300 kPa and is based on Easy Kit’s standard footing design.
If site conditions require specific engineering, alternative footing design, or additional foundation work, these costs will be extra.
5. Exclusions
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the configurator estimate does not include:
• Concrete
• Concrete placing or related materials
• Installation or erection labour
• Council consent fees
• Site works
Site-specific engineering or design changes beyond standard assumptions
Any additional delivery equipment or services not included in the standard delivery
6. Delivery
Configurator pricing includes delivery to site, provided the client has suitable equipment, including forks for unloading the truck.
If Hiab delivery or any other special unloading service is required, this will be an additional cost and will be on-charged to the client.
7. Final review required
All configurator pricing, specifications, and inclusions are subject to final review and confirmation by Easy Kit. Final pricing may change if the project requirements differ from the standard assumptions used by the configurator.
8. Verification of inputs and assumptions
All dimensions, loadings, site conditions, and other assumptions entered into the configurator are subject to verification by Easy Kit before any order is accepted.
9. Site-specific and regulatory requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proposed building is suitable for the intended site, use, and local authority requirements. Any changes required due to site-specific conditions, engineering, consent, or compliance requirements may result in additional costs.
10. Right to amend
Easy Kit reserves the right to amend pricing, specifications, inclusions, and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
